Can you transfer Dinos from one non-dedicated server to another non-dedicated server?

I've very new and I don't play online. I just play with my brother. I made a guy locally and got pretty far. When he invited me it made me start a new guy. No big deal. However, is there a way for me to transfer the Dinos I caught from the original solo save to the server my brother is hosting?
