A question about best use of space and financial costs?

I have a spare room I'd like to put a tent in there to grow, I'd like to know the space needed per plant and also any recommendations for an all in one tent. Also how noisy would the ventilation be, enough to upset the neighbors and also does it need an external vent? The room is about 14m2. I'm new so going to start off small with a few plants this year but would love to hear from anyone with a similar space but with way more knowledge? Thanks in advance!
