Ohio Fake ID charge

I left my wallet in a residence hall where it was found and turned into the local police. They found two fake IDs inside. When I picked up the wallet, the office said they attempted to contact me (I have no phone calls or letters from them) and they'd send the charges to my home through the mail. What should I expect and/or do?
