RX Plugin Pack Results
A few weeks ago, I asked a question here in r/podcasting about removing background noise from my podcasts (link).
u/BangsNaughtyBits suggested that I check out the RX Plugin pack from izotope.
I am a beginner when it comes to audio (especially audio software), and had never heard of plugins. So I checked it out, but felt more comfortable using what I already had, so decided to buy a full version of Hindenburg instead - which comes with a de-noise filter/effect.
Over the past week or so, I did some research and actually tested some free plugins. I decided to give them a shot.
I just wanted to say that I was blown away by the results and ease of use. I recorded a podcast last night and used it for the first time. Not having to fiddle with exporting to Audacity and fiddle w/ the noise profile saved a lot of time.
As a bonus, I also have de-click now, which is also awesome!
Hopefully this isn't too repetitive, but I just wanted to share that experience and Thank u/BangsNaughtyBits again.
Great recommendation/ advice.
