Transfer Troubles

Hi r/engineeringstudents, long time lurker first time poster here. So I'm currently at the butt-end of my transfer process and it's not turning out as I'd hoped. I've been accepted to one pretty good university but denied pretty much everywhere else. When I contacted the schools that denied me, they said I was missing a key course for Electrical Engineering. My question is, should I settle with the decent Top 100 school that I was admitted to or should I stay at CC one more year and do it right?

BTW my GPA is 3.93 and I am missing a single CS course.
