Cosmetic Question

So i'm new to HotS, I have unlocked a bunch of skins / voice lines / etc, and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to equip them. I'm right clicking everything and checking every menu I can. Please help =(

On an unrelated note, i'm looking for a friend to do 5 friend quests for Overwatch skins. No Friends FeelsBadMan.
