Switching meds?

My psychiatrist wants to switch my truxal to zyprexa or seoquel, and I just wanted to know how it works for you guys.

I'm on abilify already and take it everyday, truxal is for the really bad days and I'm kinda worried about weight gain and turning zombie like as it has happened for a friend of mine who took zyprexa.
