Game freezes for a moment at the end of battles (PC)

Does anyone have the same issue? It began some time ago and I have no idea what may cause it. BEFORE "Finish" pops up, the game freezes for a brief moment. Using ultimates as finisher is not as fun as it used to be due to the frame drop/freeze.
