Legacies - Stay or Go?

I wanted to see if people wanted to discuss about legacies with the impending off season.

It looks like going to "Super teams" is the way to go due to their enormous success.

2016 - Lebron, Kyrie, KLove

2015 - Steph, Klay, Dray

2014 - Kawhi, Duncan, Manu, Parker - The Spurs are an exemption?)

2013 - Heat - Wade, Lebron, Bosh

2012 - Heat - Wade, LeBron, Bosh

2011 - had dirk, jkidd, and Shawn "The Matrix" Marion

2010 - Kobe carried a team of Gasol and Artest. Bynum, Shannon Brown, Lamar Odom

2009 - Kove, Ariza, Bynum, Gasol (solid all around team)

2008 - KG, Pierce, Allen, Rondo

The list will keep going. The obvious rule is that to win, you need a great team. Should FA stick together to win?

What are the legacies of the great ones that never won one?

Stockton, Malone, Ewing, Reggie Miller, etc. This generation of NBA fans have been focused on stats, and rings. We don't do the eye ball test anymore.

Just spit balling random stuff since I am bored.
