Fun way of getting around ice block + frost nova

I'm priest, and I was playing against a mage with a hand full of cards who was clearly planning on unleashing a combo soon. I had a full board and got him to 1 HP and then popped ice block, and he responded by playing frost nova. Now, being priest I don't have much direct damage for face, but luckily, I could play Medivh, getting that 1 damage needed for lethal!

Maybe this isn't that exciting for most people, but it was quite amusing for me to use my Medivh in this way.
