Trying to help a relative in a trust

Not sure if this is the place to ask but I'll give it a try. A relative of mine is part of a trust with her siblings that their dad setup. She worked with their dad in a business that was not on the trust. The business had a bank account under the father and her only. One of the siblings got the bank to close the account and put the money in the trust account. This sounds way wrong to me looking for any advice.
