Is there a comprehensive list of 'free' moves (in general and by Hero)?

For example, free GB after a parry etc, or free heavy after a throw into a wall, free GB on warden after a blocked zone attack, etc Basically just a comprehensive list of what you're opportunities are given a certain situation and what you're exposing yourself to if you present your opponent with that opportunity? I guess it depends on character but it would be cool to create a spreadsheet or whatnot where all of this info is in one place.
