Throwback Tracer?

So I was taking a look at all the new skins that came with HOTS 2.0 and couldn't help but notice that Throwback Tracer is a skin and a reward for purchasing OW origins edition. I'm not sure if it is just me but I do happen to own OW Origins edition and yet the skin is not unlocked for me. Not sure if it's a bug but hopefully it is.
