dumb question time - how to consume oil/distillate?

I usually stick with flower because all the equipment is a bit intimidating to me. However, I wanted something more stealth while travelling with friends this weekend. I went to the dispensary and asked for the disposable pre-loaded vape pen. I didn't realize until after I left, I was given something different than what I asked for. I got a pen loaded with distillate instead? I have no idea how to consume this!!

Is there any way to consume this from a pipe? Do not currently own a bong or "rig". Or if I do have to buy something new to consume it, what is the least expensive way?
