Can you decarb bud while mixed with the coconut oil?

Ok, so I usually decarb bud before I mix it with coconut oil. I did not realize that I didn't decarb and mixed the bud with the coconut oil, 25g - 25 tablespoons. Can I still decarb the bud mixed with coconut oil? If not, can you separate it anyway?
