Never Pre order anything from Rogers

I ordered my Samsung Galaxy S8+ from Rogers on April 8th. I chose the option to pay now to get it early. It was supposed to come as early as April 17th. Still no phone. I was told that it would come 5 business days from April 20th. Then when I inquired again I was told that it still hasn't shipped and that they cannot guarantee a time frame.
