Thoughts about this build for my dad?

Build Help

My brother and I are building a PC for our dad for Fathers Day so he can do some light gaming with us finally.

The only game we need him to be able to play is Rainbow Six Siege. I know he's alright for the minimum, but ideally we'd like medium range settings for that. His monitor would be 1080p for sure.
