What is an electronic SPDT called?

Looking for a SPDT that can be triggered by a time delay or IC. Is this still called a SPDT when not manual.

In case I am mistaken, looking for a switch that can change the direction of a circuit.

12V --> SPDT

SPDT can direct the 9V to circuit A or circuit B
