I need some quick/easy ideas for Saturday night in the northwest metro...

I have a babysitter coming over for a few hours Saturday night so I can take my wife out for a bit. But I'm struggling with ideas! I don't want to just go to dinner and a brewery (since that's what we do all of the other times we go out).

Anyone have any good quick date ideas without taking me into Minneapolis? I'm trying to stay somewhat close to home but I'm not opposed to driving a little... I'm hoping to stay in the northwest or west metro. (And I'm not opposed to outdoor activities if the weather is decent. )
