Heightened Senses

Hi everyone! Lately I've been smoking a pretty potent sativa, and have found that my eyesight seems to have gotten better when I'm high. Is this possible? For reference, I don't normally wear glasses, though I need them to drive/see the board in class. So, my sight isn't terrible but isn't great.
