What is the general opinion on the Ability: Scar.

I think revenant is amazing, I am however disappointed with scar.

It does like 214 total damage with 51 power and 15 pen

Should it be buffed but make only basic shots proc it or is it fine? I think scar is the only thing holding revenant back from not just being another crit ranger.

I'm not at all saying Revenant is underpowered and needs a buff, just that I think this ability is a waste.

Edit:I don't like how scar is basically only used to make obliterate do more damage.
