CSE Multivariable Calculus vs University Wide version of Multivariable calculus

I am debating whether to take the CSE version or the University wide version of the class. What advantages will i have, if i take one over the other. I'm a prospective Chemical Eng major, so how will course content difference impact me in upper division classes?
