Is there a mod to place robots( sentry, protectons) as items?

i was making a robot garage + scrapyard, and in that scrapyard i wanted to place a sentry like that scrapyard near sanctuary. the thing is all i could figure was to make a sentry robot and then place him wiith a guard rug, looks nice to me except for the fact it gets re-scaled to fit the guard position. so that sentry robot doesn't look as big and impresive as i wanted too... also i wanna place a protecton in one of them pods... but i dont want it to talk nor walk... could i spawn some "friendly" robots with that spawn everything mod, and then hack them in place? if so can somebody tell me the name of that mod. thanks.
