[Searching] HQ Level 20| Overall Level 50 or Starting a new 5 man

Hey I'm looking for a small TF that doesn't mind discussing strategies/tactics in op hits where the goal is to improve upon each hit and work our way up the ops.

The discussions would be like a chess review where they discuss each move and whether it was good or bad and what other options you had.

If there isn't one out there, I wouldn't mind looking for 4 other players out there with the same mind starting from the bottom and working our way up. I think a 50 man is too big, so maybe start at 5 and work our way up to 25 if possible. Ideally we would get to a point where no op notes are needed but daily hits are required as we will be doing daily ops.
