Need some advice

I am a new grad and new hire on a surgical unit at decent hospital. I was talking to my patient about our shared interest in weight training when the year 1 resident walks in with her colleague. I am standing on the left side of the patients bed and assumed that she would walk around to the patient's right side to address him. Suddenly I feel her hands grab my shoulders and she moves me out of her way. Before I was able to say anything she starts to introduce her colleague to the patient. I was a bit shocked and just walked out of the room. Should I just brush this off?
