Who is working freelance?

I've been running a small marketing agency (London, UK) for the best part of 18 months now, and I want to expand it.

I'm looking for freelancers (marketing/advertising/events/promotion/digital and similar) who enjoy the freedoms that come with freelance work, but want more.

The plan is to bring as many niche field freelancers together and put their resources under one umbrella.

I'm taking from seeing 2 functioning examples first hand, and the benefits are great - if one company can't do work for a client, they'll naturally pass on to you. You look like a bigger company. Shared skillsets. Shared assets. Shared costs. You still get to own and manage your own company, so nothing really changes on that front. The list goes on...

Does it interest people? If you are interested, would be great to hear what your specialities are and whereabouts in the world you are based.

Are there any reasons why you wouldn't want to be part of such a group???
