Stucco peeling off

On one of the side of my house, the stucco seems to be peeling of in some spots. I think it is due to a combination of sun and moisture doing it. Anyway the damage is not big enough that I can't patch and paint it myself. But I'm not sure if what is peeling off is the finish coat or the paint. I've linked to some pictures.

In terms of repairing it, I got some stucco patching mix and it seems to bond well. The only problem is getting a color match for the paint because the computer color matching doesn't seem to work too well. I've already tried two samples and they are too dark. Are there paints better suited for stucco touchup in terms of blending in better?
