What Rear Camera Picture Size are you using?

As the title says. The stock camera has 7 different options of picture size in ratios from 1:1 to 16:9 to 4:3 with different resolutions for each.

I'm stuck trying to decide between the 4:3 (12 M) and 16:9 (9.1 M). As a baseline for comparison, what is a "typical" phone's camera aspect ratio?
