Need help with baby blanket

My sister just found out she is having a boy and wants a baby blanket. She saw a picture (sorry, I couldn't find it to show) of a solid white blanket with a light blue whale silhouette and border and asked if could figure out how to make something like it, but had another, simpler idea she was perfectly happy with if I couldn't. I haven't been able to find anything. If anyone has a similar pattern or is able to point me in the right direction, I would really appriciate it.
