Considering buying OW Pros cons?

So I'm thinking buying Overwatch, for PC and I had some concerns before buying it. my first is: Will i5 4670k GTX 1070 and 16 gigs ram do it 100 FPS? How is the community in OW, also how hard is it for a beginner that never really play FPS? - Also how much space does it take?
