I CANT REMEMBER AN ARTIST PLS HELP!!?!!

I am currently writing an essay, last week I saw a print/painting of an airplane dropping lipsticks as though they were bombs. It was nothing that was done as of recent, I'm pretty sure it was something done around the 70s... The print had very big halftone dots and you could only just work out that it was a plane, the lipsticks were red!

Does anyone know of this or can they think of who it may be? Sorry to be so vague thats all I can remember of it!!

Thanks in advance
