Judge our food ideas!

So our coordinator sent us the 2018 menus (i love how on top of everything she is) so that we can browse food options and schedule our tasting before it gets super busy early next year. FH and i think we have picked out what we want to taste / serve at our wedding. Here is our mock up:

Apps:

• Caprese Skewers

• Proscuitto wrapped asparagus

• Chicken Vesuvio Skewers

• Smoked Salmon

Soup:

• Italian Wedding Soup

Salad:

• Baby Field Greens w/ house dressing

Entree:

• Pecan Crusted Breast of Chicken

• 8oz Filet Mignon with wine sauce

• Rigatoni with Vodka Sauce ( veggie friendly )

• Chicken Marsala ( Kosher guests only brought in from a kosher restaurant)

Sides: ( not served with Veggie or kosher meals)

• Garlic Mashed potatoes

• Roasted Brussel Sprouts w/ Pancetta

Dessert: (more will be ordered if we need help meeting the venue catering minimum)

• Wedding cake (tasting to be done at a later date)

Late Night Snack:

• Hot Dogs

• Cheese Panini

• Soft pretzels with cheese or mustard
