What are your final roster picks/launch roster + first 6 DLC count?

As of the trailer yesterday, we have 14 (8 Marvel, 6 Capcom) characters for the base game with 1 DLC (Sigma) confirmed.

Given that the game is bound to come out in around 5 months with E3, Comic-Con, EVO and Gamescom being prime events for character reveals (based on what I remember for MVC3), who else will most likely be announced in that timeframe and how many characters will make up the launch roster?
