Replay clip/ Screenshot editing software

I play WT on PC and been having a blast. I typically screenshot cool shit with F12 and find the temp folder to post on Reddit.

My question is, what to y'all YouTube posters / Gif posters do to save replays, edit to desired length and post? Some gifs are hosted on imgur (do you need and account), replays YouTube etc.

basically I am interested in your simple workflow for getting different types of content into Reddit and the internet and why you like doing it that way.
