[PC] Can't get into any games

Hey, guys. I switched over to PC from Xbox one last night and I can't seem to find any games on PC despite it saying high activity. It just searches for players and never finds them.My NAT is green also. I'm not sure what to do here.

Any ideas?

Edit: I've port forwarded the ports from this website https://portforward.com/netgear/c3000-n300/ for the game and still can't join a single game.
