Blow off valve constantly going off..

What's up guys? When driving my 2013 focus ST I have a little problem. Between first second and really third gear it does not seem to happen (as much) but more so 5,6. As I'm cruising in the higher gears (highway driving) and lightly give it gas (low rpm) sometimes the blowoff valve will constantly go off quietly until I either down shift and heighten the rpms or if I give it more gas in that gear the constant blow off usually subsides. The blowoff valve as a whole seems like it goes off quite a bit not only when shifting. Has this happened to any of you guys? I have a boomba and I figured either the setting has to be tighter or I am going to switch it out for a less noisy one to maybe solve the problem. Let me know your thoughts...
