Theory?

So: I am not thinking much about the animes I watch. Means this is my first ever theory on an anime (thanks for reading). So what if Kazuma is only dreaming this whole "life in a new world thingy" after he got hit by the truck at the beginning? That means he is still alive...only in a koma though.
