XPS 12 9250 or Latitude 7275

Hey I'm looking to get one or the other but I am not sure the full differences. I'm looking at the m5 versions with 8GB and 256SSD the xps has 6Y54 vs Latitude having 6Y57. XPS has 4k vs 1080 however I read that the XPS has a better battery life, and the Latitude has the hinge thing. Any help, both get mixed reviews from what I read online.
