A few dots I just connected:

1. Wall budget is not to be included in the budget discussions at the end of the week.
2. Trump admin had said they are not delaying wall.
3. Trump admin allegedly looking at leaving NAFTA.
4. US Mexico trade deficit is about $49 billion (2015).

Trump said repeatedly that Mexico will pay for the wall.

Could he be getting ready to force Mexico to pay ($10/20 billion) on threat of losing their yearly $50 billion in trade from NAFTA?
