[Repost] [Academic] Impulsivity - self-report vs. behavioral tests (16+)
Hello, I am looking for participants for my research.
I am developing new sustained attention and impulsivity measure as part of my master's thesis.
There will be one short questionnaire about your impulsivity. And then you can try two behavioral tasks of reaction inhibition.
From first of the behavioral tasks (Go/No-Go task) you are going to get your own results:
- your mean reaction times in miliseconds
- your omission errors percentages - error of not responding to the target (this score is commonly used as a measure of inattention)
- your commission errors percentages - error of responding to non-target (this score is commonly used as a measure of impulsivity and/or inattention)
It will take something about 8 to 12 minutes to complete whole research.
Thank you very much!
Jaroslav
