Is Adopting a Console Player an option for Nexus Challenge?

I know there are some people that do not have access to a PC which is capable to run Heroes. I think perhaps I may have an idea. I currently have my son's PS4 account linked to my Bnet account so I have in the past earned skins for a console account.

This being said, If I make a throw away account for bnet (figure shouldn't take more then a few minutes) and then link the account with a PSN/XBOX account for a console player I could earn them the skins.

I understand this is not the intent of Blizzard however I thought this could be a great show of PC/Console uniting for the community.

I don't think this is against any TOS, but am not 100% sure.

My point overall is, first does this violate any TOS and second are there any console players actually interested in this option.
