Notice: Deprivatising the subreddit

As I pointed out in an earlier comment, I only ever get happiness PMs when I post in "pm-me-ur's of reddit..." AskReddit threads and do well.

Since these events are too few and far between for my liking, I'm going to allow anyone now to share their happiness on the subreddit, rather than waiting for people to tell me first.

I'd prefer not to establish any rules but "Be reasonable," so please don't make me.
