Im not good in Calculus, Can I still become an Engineer?

Im a freshman and Im taking Calc 1 but am struggling understanding the concepts, regardless of how crappy my teacher teachers I seek outsides sources but it's not enough. Should I continue studying Calc and Engineering or give up and find something else? And if I should keep going what classes should I take after Calc 1
