[NO SPOILERS] APEX mission 'False Flag Operation'

Haven't paid any attention to the titles of the APEX missions, but I just sent out a team to conduct a False Flag Operation on Remnant.

This implies to me that I just destroyed a bunch of remnant to then plant the destroyed remnant tech at a site where my APEX team conducted some terrorism on Andromeda Initiative colonists.
