Anxiety and Vision Problems
Hi everyone,
My main, debilitating, symptom from anxiety is related to my eyes. Most of the day, and especially when interacting with people in fluorescent lit environments, my vision is all wonky. Light sensitivity describes some of it, but i also just feel foggy and disconnected. This is making my life at work EXTREMELY hard, to the point where I come home and pass out on the couch even on a relatively non-stressful day.
Anyone with similar problems, how do you manage? Have anxiety meds helped? Mindfulness? Talk therapy?
I've tried a bit of each to no avail.
