FortiOS 5.6.0 Broke Logging

Anyone having the same issue? We are offloading logs to fortianalyzer, and upgraded a device last week. Upgrade went great and didnt notice any issues, but last night after doing the upgrade at another site, I tried to troubleshoot something this morning, and noticed it was no longer logging traffic after it came back from the upgrade. I checked the device we did last week and same thing, hasnt been logging since I did the upgrade.
