Asylum ring users: make sure to switch protection upon death

My friend didn't know this but you can save 300k in reclaim costs by protecting the asylum surgeon's ring in death's reclaim window. It makes the reclaim cost go from 500k-> 0 and will push one of your "protected" items out, usualyl costing you 188k, but saving 500k...so around 300k reclaim cost is saved
