Revisiting Exercise Induced Migraines

I know a lot has been posted in the past about Exercise Induced Migraines, but I haven't seen anything that I think can apply specifically to my situation, so I seek your guidance.

First, about me: 35m, overweight. Headaches for 25 years, Migraines for 20, and Daily Chronic Migraine for 13. I've never found a migraine med (preventive or for during an attack) that has helped in the slightest, only muscle relaxers and norco. I try to take those as seldom as possible (used to be every day but now it's only 2-3 times per month).

Exercise is a major trigger, despite me needing to lose weight. Anything with impact (running, elliptical to a degree) can trigger or severely exacerbate a migraine. Changing the level of my head (pushups/planks, situps) will do the same. Swimming is highly challenging logistically, and biking used to be my go-to, but I'm sooo bored of it.

Level of hydration doesn't seem to make a difference.

Any and all ideas would be extremely helpful. Thank you so much.
