Just wondering about Mirena and acne

While happily skimming r/skincareaddiction I stumbled upon a thread where someone said Mirena worsened their acne horribly, then everyone started to agree. On May 13th, I actually see my doctor to talk about Mirena. So I'm just wondering, has anyone had Mirena inserted & was your experience good or bad? Did your acne actually flare up or is it only people with negative experiences that I'm reading about?
