Win 10 Creators Update performance hit

After the creators update I feel like I am getting between 10-15 FPS slower. I have a 1070, but I am running at 1920 x 1080. Previously I felt like I could have most of the settings on ultra, and a few ones on "very high" and maintain a solid 60 FPS. Now those same settings net me about 40-45. I dropped the settings down a bit to get me back to 60 FPS, but even now I am getting awful frame rate drops into 30's / 40's for about 10 seconds at a time.

Anyone else seeing issues with creators update? I don't really play any other games on my PC right now, so I am not sure if it is Ghost Recon updates / Windows 10 updates or some other piece of software that I installed that is sucking up background processing power. (Although if it is a background program, i sure as hell cant find it)

Or could this just be that I am in an environment that is more work for my hardware?

Interested in everyone's opinion on how their GRW performs on their PC and if they have noticed anything similar.
